Island of the ancients
Zelda is en route to Calatia, but she can't bring Link, so he stows away. On their way, they get caught in a storm and end up on an island thought only to exist in myth. The place is filled with prehistoric creatures, but not all of them are friendly. Stalking them is Scarface, a mouthful of teeth with a craving for flesh. A brush with him is a brush with death. Link and Zelda must get off the island or die.
