Chapter 1: festival of dreams
chapter1:
For many years now the whole of hyrule gathers together every 5 yrs. to celebrate the long lasting peace between all who live in hyrule:hylians,rito,gerudo,goron,and zoras. The highlight of this festival being a tournament with only the best representing each. The winner may ask anything of the king of hyrule within reason of course. Afterwards the festival is ended with a grand feast for all to attend. This year one young warrior hopes that he may have the honor of representing hylians in the tournament. This certain gifted young man has trained for many years for this event and is now of age to attend but for some time now he has been plagued with disturbing dreams.
"Every night I see them. These two figures cloaked in darkness.I don't know who they are or why they fight. All I know is it's the same thing over and over again they fight, and in a flash of blades one falls, but as the other goes finish him I wake up. Every time I seem suprised when I shouldn't be and it's only gotten worse the closer it gets to the festival." Man, I really don't need this right now Link thinks to himself "The festival is in four days from now I have to concentrate!" With no time to worry about silly dreams right now Link packs a bag for his trip to castle town with any luck he might even see the princess at the festival.
A short time later link saddles his favorite horse "well Epona this is it, this is what we've been waiting for ". The whole town has gathered to wish Link good luck and as link rides off he can't help thinking that something terrible is going to happen.
