It is, after all, SLIGHTLY Twilight Princess inspired... I'm not on model at all though *lol* I didn't use any reference and it shows- but hey, I just wanted the *feel* of... whatever it feels like. Lets see, what else.... Oh, it was done on an Oekaki -one of those PaintChat-Like programs, I used a tablet, and it took 138 minutes. I was learning to use the program, it's different than Oekaki's I had worked on in the past, so I had to fiddle around a bit more.Melora

nabooru2.gifNabooru1661 viewsI finally got around to creating a Nabooru fanart piece and I must say that I am extremely proud of how this one turned out. My goal was to make a much better Nabooru picture than the official art of her for OoT, and I think I achieved it. ^__^ The only thing that gripes me about this picture is the quality of it after I uploaded it to the browser. The .gif file was better than the .jpg and .bmp files, but barely. Please display it in its larger version to get the whole picture, despite the off quality.
Note: I drew her so that she does not look exactly like the official art, but in my own style. I thought the official art looked too unproportioned and awkward, and so made Nabooru look more human, lol.Nabooru

So when I saw there was a mermaid in zelda, there was no way I was NOT going to draw her, (there are four other Martha pics I've drawn so far) Anyways the inspiration for this pic was a picture by an artist named Pamala Ramali on Elfwood. I was like Hmmnnn.... Dark mermaid.. That's a great idea! So yeah, here it is, The original version of this picture didn't have any "covering" on martha, but I edited that and now she's family friendly! well... almost.Susie Q
