Looks good! I while ago(way back when) a friend of mine read a rather gruesome excerpt from a Stephin King book...I think he was trying to scare me.

Thanks! I don't think Stephen King is that gruesome, just strange. But I still like what he writes so far. And what book was the exerpt from?

OOH! My mo told me about Christine! A haunted car that kills people, I think it sounds interesting. Never heard of It except for the movie...

Yeah, since my friend sat directly behind me in Lit two years ago, he poked me with his pencil to get my attention to tell me random excerpts from the book.

She must be reading "The Shining" (or something like that). But...SHE'S SMILING! It must not be too gruesome...A teacher of mine told me that she read a really gory Stephen King book and it had to do something with a dog.

Thanks LRA and Kifan! @ Kifan: nah, she's probably reading "The Stand" it's one of the biggest Stephen King novels (1153 pages, anyone?) and there are several parts that are smile worthy, but then again there's a lot of gore...
