very good job. The diff tones on the bg gives more life to the image. Zelda's hair is prettyful ^^ Excelent wind effect.

The wind and fairy dust is a very good idea although the wind seems to blowing at the front of Zelda. I can see that because of the hair waving behind her but wind is also blowing seems to be blowing at link's back and you can see thatby the direction of the cap's end is. Other than that it is a masterpiece.
